How can I be registered as a reseller?

No. You can order a product for example via eMail - for this you do not have to be registered. However digital versions are in many cases delivered with a link to the download area on our website. To get into the download area you have to be registered.

When ordering several products, will they be sent as part deliveries?

On behalf of our customers we try to deliver all products together at once. Part deliveries are possible as well, especially when some products are needed. The additional delivery is of course free of forwarding charges.

How and what do I get in a "digital delivery"?

In a digital delivery you get an eMail from us containing the serial number or activation code for the ordered product. The software is attached in the eMail or you get a link for downloading the software.
