callas pdfToolbox 5 will be released in April

callas pdfToolbox 5 and pdfToolbox Server 5 will be ready for you mid April 2011 with a lot of great features like Trim Box Feature and Visual Compare Feature

The advanced Version callas pdfToolbox 5 will be released in April with new great features...

One of the great new features will be it`s automatic detection of printer marks

When a file comes in without proper trim and bleed boxes but with correct printer marks, how can you fix this without manually setting the trim and bleed box?

The solution is pdfToolbox 5!

See how it works in the Video

Ah, and in batch?

Of course this feature can be automated with pdfToolbox Server as well; that gives you hands-off watched folder processing. But what if you simply have a small folder with files you want to batch process on your own machine?

In callas pdfToolbox 5 Desktop there is a new “batch” feature. It simply lets you select a folder with PDF files and instructs pdfToolbox to process all of the files in that folder. The resulting files are dropped into automatically created sub folders so that they remain neatly organized.

Visual PDF compare with pdfToolbox 5

When changes have been made and you get a new version of an ad… how do you know what has changed? And how can you be sure you’ve seen all of the changes?

Or when you make changes to a PDF file, how can you really be sure nothing else changed? Say that you’ve just embedded a font… are you sure none of the characters in the PDF changed?

See how it works here...

Automation you say?

Of course this feature can be automated as well; callas pdfToolbox Server 5 will be capable of testing for differences and a special Switch configurator will allow building a workflow that easily detects those differences in a fully automatic way (and takes appropriate action).
