XML-Assignments

The structure of the XML file can be defined in hierarchical levels to your requirements in any format - containing content, object data and meta data in any combination.

The XML file can contain a single article, or all articles from a single page or even all stories from a complete issue. It is not necessary, that the pages are combined in one single document for such export tasks.

All tags in XML can be either element or attribute - with additional flags wether they must be there (even if they are empty) or not.

Formatting options (e.g. for date formats like 'YYYYMMDD' or 'MM-DD-YYYY') are also available.

Content can also be embedded in "CDATA" sections.
