articles assign and check in per one button click

ex AutoAssign is an XTension – when working with QPS –  in QuarkXPress, with which you can name and assign/check-in articles on a layout by keystroke; right when you are creating them. A small palette makes this process fast and easy. All you need to do is to activate the text box, enter the name in the palette and depending on how you have defined your preferences, check it in/ assign it. This process can be performed for each individual article or all at once. In the preferences you define the user or user group of the assignment, the section and status of the article. It is also possible to assign/ checkin articles with or without page previews.
