Preferences

The general preferences windows contain the settings for the behaviour of
ex Wire. All settings are stored in a user profile on the server. The user will get the same settings on different computers.

Automatical text formatting of the newswires

While draggeing a newswire into a textbox a style sheet can be automatically used for the title and the body text. If QPS is used title and body text can also put into the correct components automatically.

To improve your work with the palette the wires can be marked with colors. It is possible to show all newswires in one window or you can open up to 10 windows at the same time.

The view of tickers can be defined easily.

You can output the newswires onto a printer, with or without the print dialog, or can be saved (for post processing) as ASCII files into a pre defined folder. It is not necessary to open the newswires before.
