Get high-quality, accurate proofreading with the new X’Proof XTension. With X’Proof, you can check to make sure every punctuation character is used correctly in your document, relational to the character before or after the punctuation mark. X’Proof also identifies any spacing errors based on the basic rules of proofreading. Check to make sure paired characters such as quotation marks, parentheses and brackets follow the logical order of =B3opening sign, closing sign.=B3 X’Proof automatically flags incorrectly formatted dates, times, numbers based on user-definable settings. X’Proof can also be set to automatically replace characters that don’t conform to proofreading norms for example straight apostrophes can replaced with curly apostrophes. With X’Proof, you can optionally use UK, US or French typesetting rules, and apply them either automatically or in a manual find/change mode.
