PressMarks

define your own registration and press marks

The basic concept behind PressMarks is the combination of a predesigned printer’s elements template with each document page at output time. This keeps the printer’s elements off the XPress page until they are needed during output, reducing file size and screen redraw time. The PressMarks Preferences dialog shown allows the user to design any number of custom templates. These templates provide a design environment for placing printer’s elements in the printable area surrounding the XPress page. Any template can be assigned the role of default template for all documents, or specific templates can be assigned at any time in the production process.
