Send instant messages within a QPS System

ex Message is an XTension developed for the QPS environment to simplify communication among QPS users without the need for accessing an external e-mail or messaging system. The user can either address one other logged on user or an entire group. The message immediately pops up on the recipients screen.
In cooperation with the ex ProductionTracking XTension, ex Message makes it possible to automatically inform the user of a checked-out article to check the article in immediately, just by clicking on this article in the ex Production Tracking palette. The message is automatically sent to that user.
