Alerts you if attempting to log off the Dispatch server while a layout or article is still checked out

ex LocalDoc is an XTension which alerts you if you are attempting to log off the DispatchServer of QPS, while a QuarkXPress layout or CopyDesk article is still checked out from the local folder. If this is the case, you can auto-check them in without all the dialogs.
