Announcement of extern Workflow systems back to QPS

This XTension (as a part of ex AutoJob) controls an index, in which other systems (as the CtP-workflow) deposit messages as XML files about the status. The predefined status will be translated into a QPS status, the corresponding page will be searched fo r and updated in QPS. Due to this it is possible to retrace the status of documents in QPS or in ex ProductionTracker even when the pages have been checked out from QPS.

Because the import files are named chronologically, all pages will be updated in the correct order. If the index lies on an other server, it can automatically been activated after restarting.

Below an example of a status feedback as a XML file. An adaption to specific customer conditions and formats is possible and somehow necessary.
