Connection between QPS and QCM

ex Gateway for QCM connects QuarkPublishingSystem (QPS) with QuarkContentManager (QCM). Layouts and articles, which are checked in in QPS, are  transmitted to QCM. Some preferences have to be preset for this connection. With this configuration QPS files can autmatically be mirrored in QCM and used for saving and storage. The utility works completely in the background.
