Automatically archive layouts and articles when reaching a defined status.

ex Archive is an XTension which enables you to automatically or manually export QPS articles and layouts with a preview to a database for archiving. The XTension searches for a pre-defined status and automatically checks out the layout. For archiving purposes, the used character set can be converted to Windows. The page preview can either be saved as a TIFF or PICT. For each individual page a “Collect for Output” is possible. After archiving, the layout can be checked in again with a changed status. This XTension can be customized.
