Automate the production of ads for multiple publications.

An ad production tool which provides a floating palette calendar, that lets you mark all ad insertion dates available to a publication for an advertising order. For each insertion date, the XTension automatically generates an EPS file and saves it to a pre-defined folder structure; or checks it into QPS with header information. A link from the master (XPress document) to the slave files (EPS) is made, so that any changes made to the master, automatically will update all EPS files. Column width and height information is also saved with the ad in case of further processing in ' ex AdLayout.

Multiple publications (with publication dates and a holiday listing) can be managed in the preferences.
