BatchOutput Server automates printing and exporting to PDF and PostScript by processing InDesign files from hotfolders. BatchOutput Server automates, simplifies, and streamlines output workflows of publishing houses, printers, prepress service providers and ad agencies. PDF- und Postscript files can be saved by Batch Output as single pages. Furthermore links will be actualized automatically while output prozess. BatchOutput Server can automatically activate document fonts. Both Mac and PC fonts can be activated. E-Mail notifications will be send to the user containing information of the prozess status.
