This XTension helps you to keep track of the workflow of QuarkXPress documents because they are shared in a workgroup. It records which users work on a document and how much time they spend making revisions. The information is stored with each QuarkXPress document file to be viewed onscreen or export to the text. A jobslug can be placed on the document including vital data i.e. client name, job number. The information is automatically updated to the current version. Ad rates for different publications can be calculated. An Administrator XTension, shipped with AdInfo provides reporting capabilities, e.g. importing AdInfo information for database analysis. Uniform settings for all workstations can be set by the system administrator, preventing unwanted changes.
