Administration of creditors

This module allows the capture of all relevant data of your creditors (e.g. authors, agencies). It is possible to export data in different file formats (e.g. CSV, PDF) into other systems as like finance accounting.

Publications

This system supports an unlimited quantity of publications and appropriate departements and subdepartements. Planned costs for page prices may already be entered here. A configuration of cost centers for FiBu(financial accounting)-systems is possible, too.

Currencies

The system supports receipt posting in foreign currencies.
