Fotoware Integration
Fotoware is the leading developer of software for asset management and processing digital pictures in Europe. Their product FotoWeb is integrated by an interface in ex ContentBrowser.
FotoWeb can be searched by ex ContentBrowser as a production- and archive-database directly over a search palette in QuarkXPress or QuarkCopyDesk.
The required settings have to be set in the preferences.
With the search palette direct in QuarkXPress or QuarkCopyDesk the user has access to the saved assets in Fotoware.
The search results are listed in a separate window and the keyword is highlightened bold.
The results (picture + text) can be used directly by drag & drop to an open XPress document or archived issue focussed in a publishing system.
