HTTP Proxy Server:

The HTTP Proxy Server is Java-based, and requires a Java Virtual Machine version 1.2.2 or higher. It will run on either Windows NT 4/ windows 2000 or Sun Solaris 2.6 or 7
 

Hardware Requirements:

Pentium 3/4 or comparable 800 MHz or higher.

Sun UltraSparc (200 Mhz) for Proxy Server running on a Solaris System

PowerPC G4 - 500MHz or higher

256 MB Ram per application instance

40 Gigabyte hard drive or more

TCP/IP Network support (the application will listen  on a configurable TCP/IP network socket and implement HTTP 1.0 protocol for socket connections
